Caraway Land & Development was launched in 2007 by broker/owner Jason Caraway. CL&D has a special focus on ranch sales, recreational and waterfront property, development and investment in and around the Hill Country.
Our office is located on Hwy 71 West on the outskirts of Austin, in Spicewood, just across from the shores of Lake Travis.
Jason is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. He has been involved in real estate since 1999 and is an active broker, developer and investor. Jason is also a member of the National and Texas Association of Realtors, Austin and Tyler County Boards and Texas Alliance of Land Brokers.
An avid sportsman, Jason travels high and low hunting and fishing. Whether it's bow hunting for Texas Whitetails or catching Peacock Bass on the Amazon River, he has a true passion for wildlife and the outdoors. That passion also encompasses a love for dealing with land. Jason was raised on ranches in the Hill Country, South and East Texas, and the family ranch in Harper, TX. Continually spending his free time in these environments, he has developed an understanding of what it takes to create a first-class hunting or recreational property.
Sales Associate - Phil Branch is married to Adrien, "a beautiful Lady and the love of my life. A true decorator."
Phil came to Austin in 1950 via scholarship to play football for the Texas Longhorn. They went on to win the Southwest Conference Championship 3 times and he became an All-American player. Phil also played in East/West All Star Game in San Francisco, and the 1954 College All Star Game in Chicago against the NFL Champion Detroit Lions. After graduation, Phil was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles.
A proud veteran, Phil served our country in the US Army during the Korean War.
